Pallet Inverter
Pallet Inverter
Are you manually restacking loads to change pallets or recover damaged bottom layers, adding time, labour, and injury risk to your operation?
Changing a damaged pallet beneath a full load, recovering damaged bottom-layer goods, or switching between pallet types for export compliance normally requires the entire load to be manually restacked. This is slow, labour-intensive, and a significant manual handling risk for operators.
A pallet inverter rotates the entire loaded pallet 180 degrees in a controlled operation, placing the load onto a new pallet or surface beneath it. The original pallet is then removed and the load is returned to the upright position, all without a single manual lift.
RFA supplies pallet inverters in floor-standing and forklift-mounted configurations, suited to a range of load sizes, weights, and pallet dimensions. Units are available for both single-pallet and continuous throughput applications.
