Plastic Pallet
Plastic Pallet
Are wooden pallets breaking down, contaminating goods, or failing hygiene requirements in your storage and handling operation?
Wooden pallets break, splinter, absorb moisture, and harbour bacteria which are problems that are manageable in dry goods warehousing but unacceptable in food, pharmaceutical, and hygiene-sensitive environments. Replacing broken pallets repeatedly also adds ongoing cost that plastic pallets eliminate.
Plastic pallets are moulded from high-density polyethylene, making them resistant to moisture, chemicals, and contamination. They do not splinter, do not absorb liquids, and can be washed and sanitised between uses thus making them the standard choice for food processing, pharmaceutical storage, cleanroom environments, and export operations where fumigation is not an option.
RFA supplies plastic pallets in standard and custom sizes, in both rackable and non-rackable configurations suited to your storage system and load weight. Export-grade and food-contact certified options are available.
