Slip Sheet
Slip Sheet
Are wooden pallets adding unnecessary cost, weight, and logistics complexity to your container loading and export operations?
Wooden pallets add weight, cost, and complexity to operations that could run more efficiently without them. In export operations, fumigation requirements add lead time and cost. In container loading, pallet thickness reduces the number of layers that fit in a container. Slip sheets eliminate all of these issues.
Slip sheets are thin, flat load carriers made from fibreboard, plastic, or kraft paper that sit beneath a palletised load in place of a wooden pallet. Used with a push/pull forklift attachment, they allow loads to be moved, loaded, and positioned with the same efficiency as pallet-based handling at a fraction of the material cost and weight.
RFA supplies slip sheets in fibreboard and plastic variants, in standard and custom sizes matched to your pallet footprint and load weight. Slip sheets are available in single-use and multi-trip specifications depending on your handling cycle requirements.
