Blind spots are one of the leading causes of forklift-related incidents in Singapore warehouses. When operators cannot see clearly behind the mast, beneath a raised load, or at the rear of the truck during reversing, the risk of collision, pedestrian contact, and load misplacement increases significantly.
Forklift camera systems mount a camera at the point of the blind spot and display the feed on a monitor visible to the operator from the cab. This gives continuous visibility in areas that mirrors and physical checks cannot reliably cover, particularly during load placement at height and reversing in busy aisles.
RFA supplies forklift camera systems in single and multi-camera configurations, with monitor sizes and mounting options suited to different forklift cab layouts. Systems are available with night vision capability for operations running in low-light environments.
