Carton Box
Carton Box
Are cartons failing during transit, stacking unevenly on pallets, or arriving at destination crushed because the box specification does not match the product and handling conditions?
A carton box that is underspecified for its contents will fail in transit. One that is overspecified adds unnecessary cost and weight. Getting the box construction right for the product, the stacking load, and the transit conditions is a more important decision than it is usually given credit for.
Corrugated carton boxes use a fluted middle layer between flat liner sheets to create a structure that is both rigid and shock-absorbent. Single wall construction suits lighter goods and short-haul shipments. Double wall construction provides the additional compression strength required for heavier products, high stack heights, or more demanding transit conditions.
RFA supplies corrugated carton boxes in standard sizes and custom dimensions, in single and double wall constructions, with print options available for branding, handling instructions, and product identification.
